Learn the basics of knitting with Suzanne Washburn. All materials included! This is the perfect winter weather activity, learning to knit has a plethora of benefits. Knitting is a fun, creative outlet that increases hand dexterity, increases eye - hand coordination and can lower cortisol levels by providing a rhythmic peaceful activity.
